Burn Ban Zero Tolerance Policy
03/21/2025
In conjunction with Faulkner County Judge Allen Dodson, a Zero Tolerance Policy Is now in effect for illegal burning. The risk of wildfire continues to be high. Faulkner County remains under a Burn Ban until further notice, and outdoor burning without a permit is illegal. Due to the number of wildfires we have seen caused by illegal burns, endangering homes and lives, and causing firefighter injuries, a zero tolerance policy on illegal burns has been implemented effective immediately. We need your help to save lives and property. Delay any outdoor burning until the burn ban is lifted. Report any outdoor burning to law enforcement authorities immediately. Together, we can reduce the risk of dangerous wildfires. We appreciate your cooperation with this important safety measure for our citizens. Stay safe, Faulkner County!
