Sheriff Ryals and all of us at Faulkner County Sheriff's Office wish to express our appreciation to the University of Central Arkansas Department of Exercise & Sport Science. After spending several weeks collecting teddy bears for local foster care children, the department supplied us with these bears, which we were then able to donate to The CALL for distribution. The CALL is a non-profit organization that offers support to adoptive and foster parents and children in Faulkner County & neighboring Conway County.
