Original Post: The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Faulkner County today, Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Significant rainfall is currently continuing over our county today, and flash flooding is occuring in many areas as a result. More areas are expected as we continue to experience heavy rainfall. Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. Turn around! Don’t drown! Stay safe, Faulkner County!

Areas currently severely impacted in the county are as follows:

• Saltillo Road from Rocky Point to Gerob
• Lower Ridge Road from Hwy 64 to Valley
• Pickles Gap Rd at the Low Water Bridge
• Castleberry Rd. near Burkett Flat Rd
• Garland Springs Rd
• Cemetery Rd
• Carson Bridge at Carmichael
• Red Hill Rd at Hwy 5
• Dalton Rd.
• Saltillo Rd. South of 8 Mile Store
• Tanglewood off of East Cadron Ridge
• Middle Rd west of Leslie
• Shaw Bridge at Wooster
• Old Springfield Rd at Enders
• Saw Mill Rd at Hwy 36
• Bayou Rd
