Please join us in congratulating Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Commander Landon Rappold, who recently had the honor of being selected and graduating from the Arkansas Leader Program. The program, which is jointly sponsored by the Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has been designated as one of the FBI’s sixteen Command College Courses. The Arkansas Leader Program is an intensive program designed specifically for law enforcement executives and other leaders within the criminal justice system. This executive level training is taught by distinguished lecturers and takes a multi-faceted approach to examining current leadership principles. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership principles, decision making, and mentoring the next generation of law enforcement leaders.
