The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for Faulkner County today, Saturday, June 29, 2024, effective until 8:00pm. Heat index values continue to exceed 110 degrees. Please drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children, elderly, disabled individuals, and pets should never be left unattended in the heat. Heat stroke is an emergency!
