On 10/5/15, hunting equipment and other items were stolen from the back porch of a Mt. Vernon home. Approximately $9,200 worth of items was listed as stolen. The homeowner had set up a game camera on their back porch and was able to capture photographs of the thieves. The victim posted the photographs on Facebook, and was able to obtain names of the suspects.

 

FCSO Investigators were able to track down the suspects and the stolen property. Both suspects are currently detained at FCSO Unit 2
