Conway Man Arrested After Sexual Assault Search Warrant

On Wednesday, 9/2/15, FCSO Investigators conducted simultaneous search warrants on Derrick Johnson, a 38 year old male, one being at his home at 34 N. Madrid, and the other at his parole officers’ office, where Johnson was located. Search warrants were obtained in connection to a sexual assault of a juvenile case, initially reported on 8/22/15.
While investigators were searching Johnson’s residence, several illegal items were located. Charges filed so far are as followed:
Charge 1. 1 Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)- D Felony
Charge 2. 7 Counts of Forgery 2nd - C Felony
Charge 3. 2 Counts of Theft of Credit/Debit Card- D Felony
Charge 4. 1 Count of Criminal Possession of a Forgery Device- C Felony
Charge 5. 1 Count of Maintaining a Drug Premise- C Felony
Charge 6. 6 Counts of Tattooing in Unlicensed Facility- D Felony
Charge 7. 299 Counts of Possessing Tattooing Equipment by Unlicensed Person- A Misdemeanor
Charge 8. 3 Counts of Possession of Instruments of Crime- A Misdemeanor
Charge 9. 2 Counts of Theft of Property- A Misdemeanor
FCSO Investigators are working with Conway Police Department Detectives to extract the forensic data from the computer and cellular devices seized during the search warrants. Charges are pending on possession of child pornography and sexual assault of a juvenile.
