Drug Task Force arrest two in search warrant

Wednesday, April 15th 2015, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force and S.R.T (Special Response Team) executed a narcotic search warrant on a Winnebago, in a field off of Faulkner Meadows Rd. Mayflower. The owner of the Winnebago, Ronald Webber, had been under investigation by the Task Force for selling narcotics for several months. The warrant resulted in 2 arrests and the seizure of methamphetamines and several weapons. Ronald Webber and Stuart Harrison were both taken into custody at the scene without incident. They are currently being held at the Faulkner County Detention Center.  They were charged with the following;

Charge 1: 5-64-419 Simple Possession (METH) Class D Felony

Charge 2: 5-64-443 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (syringes and pipes) Class D Felony

Charge 3: 5-64-422 Delivery Class C Felony

Charge 4: 5-64-422 Delivery Class C Felony

Charge 5: 5-74-106 Simultaneous Possession of Drug and Firearms Class Y Felony

Charge 6: 5-64-411 Proximity to certain facilities Enhance 1000 of Church

Charge 7: 5-73-103 Possession of Firearm by certain person Class B Felony

Charge 8: 5-38-204 Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree Class A Mist.

Charge 1: 5-64-443 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (syringes) Class D Felony

Charge 2: 5-64-422 Delivery Class C Felony

Charge 3: 5-64-422 Delivery Class C Felony

Charge 4: 5-64-411 Proximity to certain facilities Enhance 1000 of bus stop

Charge 5: 5-73-103 Possession of Firearm by certain person Class B Felony

Charge 6: 5-38-204 Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree Class A Mis.
