7 arrested in Narcotic Search Warrants

7 People were arrested on October 1st, 2014 for narcotic violations. Investigators served two different search warrants on cases they had been investigating.
The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Investigators served the first search warrant at 5 Kelly Circle Greenbrier. Three people were arrested at this residence after Investigators searched the residence and found narcotics, weapons, and cash from drug sales. Jo Carrol Montgomery, age 53, was arrested for Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Class Y Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class B Felony, Maintaining a Drug Premise, Class C Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class D Felony, Criminal Use of a Prohibited Weapon, Class D Felony, and Possession of Controlled Substance, Class A Misd. Jeanette Hamilton, age 51, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class B Felony and Simple possession of Methamphetamine/Cocaine, Class D Felony. The other individual was released without charges.

The second search warrant was served at 475 East Robins Street Lot 103. Investigators searched the residence and found narcotics and cash from drug sales in this residence. There were three people arrested in the home at the time of the search warrant (Ashley Roberts 24, Kayla Thomas 27, and Michael Bennett 24). Roberts and Thomas were arrested for with Possession of controlled substance, Class D Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver, Class C Felony, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Class D Felony, and Proximity to certain facilities (school bus stop). Bennett was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia, Class D Felony.

After the two search warrants were served, Investigators met up with Brenda Quattlebaum 55, who was selling narcotics in the Dollar General Store parking lot in Damascus. Investigators were able to apprehend Quattlebaum where they found narcotics in Quattlebaum’s possession. They arrested her for Simple possession of Methamphetamine/Cocaine, Class C Felony.
