Sheriff's Office and Courthouse COVID-19 Precautions

As concerns related to COVID-19 are on the rise, Sheriff Ryals has made a necessary decision to place restrictions on those entering the Faulkner County Justice Building, District Court as well as the Sheriff’s Office. This decision has been made solely in the interest of the public safety and the safety of our staff. In effort to reduce the risk of the introduction and spread of COVID-19.

The following protocols will be implemented immediately and be in place until further notice as directed by Sheriff Ryals.

The Sheriff’s Office will be open to the public for fine payments. However, if you need to make a report contact our non-emergency number at 501-328-5906. A deputy will return your call to take the report. As always, if you have an emergency dial 911. 

• The Justice Building and District Court will not allow those who have not been subpoenaed to the courts, those who are not listed on a court docket and visitors; to enter the buildings at this time. If it is not a necessity to go out in public, we ask you to stay in your home. Stay safe and remember if you need us, call us.

Thank you for your patience and continued support, as the situations evolves the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Administration will make adjustments to protocols. We will continue to keep the citizens of Faulkner County updated.
