Level 3 Sex Offender Arrested

On July 17, 2018, Mark Allen Duke, provided false information when completing his Verification of Residency. He falsified his address of residency and his employment. On July 23, 2018, Investigators learned that Mark Duke was living in an apartment complex in Jacksonville, AR. Pursuant to §12-12-904 (a)(1)(A)(iv) it is a Class C Felony if a person Files false paperwork or documentation regarding verification, change of information, or petitions to be removed from the registry. Inv. Phillips worked with Jacksonville Police Department and he was taken into custody by the Jacksonville Police Department on Friday August 24, 2018. He is currently in the Pulaski County Jail facing new charges from Jacksonville Police Department in addition to the charge from Faulkner County Charge 1: 12-12-904 (a)(1)(A)(iv) Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements, a Class C Felony. He will be extradited to Faulkner County to face his charge out of our department.
