Charles "Hank" Hawkins

On December 11th, 2013, Charles "Hank" Hawkins was arrested by the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office for allegedly having inappropriate contact with minors known to him.

The parents of the victim filed a report about their child making statements that Mr. Hawkins was having inappropriate sexual encounters with them. There were two more victims that are alleging that Mr. Hawkins sexually abused them also. The victims range from 4-6 years old.

The Faulkner County Investigators will turn their case file over to the Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland on Thursday for formal charges.

Mr. Hawkins will be held on probable Cause without bond until formal charges are filed.

Mr. Hawkins was an EMT and Assistant Fire Chief at the Cato Fire Department untill his resignation on December 12th, 2013.
