On August 9, 2017 at approximately 11:00 a.m. the FCSO arrested 45 year old Tracey Wayne Clark, of Conway, AR. Clark has been charged with one count of Internet Stalking of a Child, a class Y felony, after allegedly arriving at a predetermined location in Conway, AR to meet an underage female for sexual intercourse.  FCSO investigators began communicating with Clark on or about August 6, 2017 after locating a suspicious online ad. At the time of his arrest, Clark was found in possession of cash, a silk bathrobe sash, a cellular device, a laptop, a tablet, various sex toys, sexual enhancement substances and lubricants. 

This incident is considered under investigation. Clark remains locked up at FCSO Unit 2 with no bond amount or court date set at the time of this press release.
