On 7/11/17, 38 year old Darrell Manning, a registered sex offender assigned to FCSO was arrested for failure to register. A warrant was generated once FCSO investigators learned Manning was in violation of orders pursuant to 12-12-903.  Manning remains at FCSO Unit 2 on a $7500 bond and a court date of 8/28/17.

On 7/12/17, 49 year old David Conley, a level 3 sex offender assigned to FCSO was arrested for failure to register. Conley was convicted of Rape on 12/9/97. Documentation indicates this offense involved the offender and a male accomplice forcing a 13 year old female to engage in sexual contact. This conviction requires Conley to register as a sex offender. A warrant was generated once FCSO investigators learned Conley was in violation of orders pursuant to 12-12-909.  Conley remains at FCSO Unit 2 with no bond or court date set as of this release.  Conley also faces potential charges for parole violation(s).

Conley and Manning will likely be charged as large habitual offenders.
