On 5/8/17, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office posted a press release titled “Man Arrested, Stolen Property in Tow.”  This was regarding Harrel Free being arrested on Short Circle after being found in possession of stolen property.  After further investigation, FCSO and the 20th Judicial Prosecutor’s Office has decided to drop the charges on Mr. Free.  We strive to provide information to the public that we think pertinent to daily functions of our office.  We will always attempt to clear a person’s name if an investigation changes course.  It appears Mr. Free purchased the stolen items, but did not realize the items were stolen.
