On 3.21.16, 45 year old Fort Smith man, Eddie Paul Davis was arrested in Conway on one count of Internet Stalking of a Child. Faulkner County Sheriff Investigators began investigating a suspicious online posting on 2.22.2016.  Communication began via an anonymous email interface but quickly switched over to private email.

Investigators recognized the suspect’s email as one used in a previous case back in December of 2015 and belonging to the suspect, Eddie Paul Davis. In the December case, Davis was arrested in charged with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Rape.  That case is pending.

In the most recent case, Investigators communicated with Davis from 2.22.16 until his arrest on 3.21.16 using multiple undercover accounts.
