Today is the day, Faulkner County! Welcome to the Great American Eclipse 2024! Regardless of where you are celebrating today, we hope you have a safe and wonderful solar eclipse experience!

To assist residents and visitors alike, a variety of Faulkner County Agencies, including Faulkner County Judge’s Office, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office, Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management, Faulkner County Road Department, and others, have come together in the effort to provide citizens and visitors with an information guide, including emergency information, roadway and traffic information, legal information, and helpful tips, to assist in ensuring all citizens and visitors have a safe and wonderful experience for the eclipse.

As a friendly reminder, the Faulkner County Courthouse & Administrative Offices are closed today, Monday, April 8, 2024, for the Solar Eclipse. This is an office closure only. Our deputies are out in full force throughout the county and remain available should you need our assistance during this time. If you have an emergency, please call 911. For non-emergencies, please contact dispatch at 501-328-5906. The Faulkner County Courthouse & Administrative Offices will reopen at 8:00am on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for normal business hours.
