On the morning of November 23, 2015, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and the 20th Judicial Drug Task Force, along with Conway SWAT and K9, DEA, Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Highway Police, Arkansas Air National Guard, MEMS STAR Team Paramedics, Conway Bomb Squad, and Greenbrier Police Department conducted four search warrants simultaneously. 

Four houses in the Twin Groves area (1457 Hwy 65, 1458 Hwy 65, Cyber Dr., and 323 Solomon Grove Rd.) were searched for drugs, drug paraphernalia, illegal firearms, and any other illegal items.

At the time of the search warrants, Russell Oliver (47/B/M) and Cynthia Oliver (51/B/F) were arrested by FCSO Investigators on various felony charges.

Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and illegal firearms were seized during the service of the warrants.  In all, approximately 30 felony charges were filed in result of this operation. Further charges and arrests are pending.
