FCSO Narcotics Investigators Seize Drugs and Money

On Wednesday, 10/21/15, FCSO Undercover Narcotics Investigators, along with the Conway Police Department Drug Task Force and K9 Units, and the 20th Judicial Drug Task Force were able to seize 2 ounces of methamphetamine valued at approximately $5500, $2650.00 cash, and a 2001 pickup truck. FCSO Investigators arrested Clifford Douglas Perkins, 49 near the 500 block of Hwy 64 on the following charges:

  • 5-64-401 Manufacturing, Delivering, or Possessing with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver.

(a) Controlled Substance -- Manufacturing, Delivering, or Possessing with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver. (1) Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug or Methamphetamine. (ii) For any purpose other than disposition, this offense is a Class Y felony.

 

  • 5-64-443 - Drug paraphernalia – With Purpose to Use

                A Class D felony if the controlled substance is methamphetamine or cocaine.

 

  • 5-64-443 - Drug paraphernalia – With Purpose to Conceal

A person who uses or possesses with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, or conceal a controlled substance that is methamphetamine or cocaine upon conviction is guilty of a Class B felony.
